Need a breathing technique to manage your anxiety?


Lay on the floor

Place arms and hands next to you flat on the floor

Belly breathing: fill the belly with air then lungs.

  • 4 seconds breathe in
  • 7 seconds hold it
  • 8 seconds breathe out
  • 4 seconds do nothing

Practice 3x a day
